Rigid Box Making Equipment

The Machine is special designed for notching v type groove, use for industry-cardboard, Ash cardboard and other several cardboard. It adopts new way of transportation principle. Wrap the cardboard on the entire surface of the roller. It can guarantee the groove more accurately, no deviation and straightly. The machine has the feature of high accuracy, fast speed and durable cutting blade.

Features

• The Movements of mains haft mold stretch, wrapping, folding - in, and bubble pressing, which are all driven by double servo motors & cam boxes, guarantee a quiet and stable operation circumstance and smooth mechanical process.
• Besides the cam for pressing the contengent bubble, there are 4 cylinders for additional bubble pressing, solving the thicker paper issue and worse glue issue.
• Every process can be inching model synchronously, helping you to observe the production details and adjust to be best parameters.
• Folding Corner Edge is upt to 80 mm as standard, or it can be customized to 150mm, and this is controlled by rails and cylinders, whihc is adjustable and precise.
• Vacuum fan to keep the box and the machine, and this tension can be adjusted according to the sizes of the boxes.
• Controlled by PLC Panasonic / Schneider, with formulas memory.  It takes only 15 minutes to change to another box.
• Imported optical granting transducer protects the operator from operation injury.
• Computer control with error auto stop and display.
• Table board and frame are processed by CNC by one time and enjoy durable quality.
• Fold ears, wrp, insert and form the box automatically in one lot.
• With schneider touch screen interface.

• Quick mould change design to satisy producting different size box.
• Equipped with brush wheel for folding sides smoothly.
• Equipped with air pressure detector on the box inserter, the machine can't run if the box are not inserted or inserted wrongly.
• The bottom mould is penumatic drive to prevent bubble generation.

Note : Needs Compressed Air connection at the time of installation at cusomer end.

The Machine is designed to paste corners of the boxes with thermal tape.  The machine consists of :

• Advance Clutch System
• Thermostatically Controlled Heating Device
• Foot paddle operation for faster production

"Memory" Gluing Machine with Conveyor is designed for short & medium run jobs.  The Gluing Machine consists of:

• Sturdy Aluminum profile structure with suction hold conveyor belt to ensure high quality boxes.
• Specially designed gluing system for top side gluing suitable for Hot melt & Cold glue application.
• CNC cylindrically grinded roller ensures even glue application on all cover materials.

Optional : Pressing Station with twin set of Silicon Rollers for sheet to sheet pasting jobs.
