• Hard Board feeder is equipped with srevo controlled actuators for precise positioning, servo controlled pusher assembly.
• Edge detection for accurate placement of hard board on cover material with reference to the edges.
• Specially designed Four Side Turning Unit folds all sides in single pass. Two long sides turn-in using belt turning, Optical  sensor based stopping of cover, pneumatically controlled Notching, third side turning & finally fourth side folding with flap turning ensures flat air free edges of cover.
• Silicon Rollers for guiding & final pressing removes air bubbles from covers after turning- in.
• PLC Touch Screen display & control panel ensures of operation for operator.

“Memory” Case Maker consists of Manual Gluing Station for Hot Melt & Cold Glue, Board Placement with Pneumatic Control, Turning-in Station and Pressing Station. The Case maker is equipped with in-direct heating for hot melt glue with facility to add water which evaporates  due  to  heat.The cover duly glued is held with high speed suction for placing the boards manually. The adjustment for using small and big boards is simple & operator friendly. The Pressure rollers bind the cover with the board and stacks in the stacker.

• Push button operates the Pneumatic system to pres the bundle properly thus saves floor space.

• Air or dust cannot get into the pressed folded sheets thus maintains the fresh look of signatures.
• The machine is equipped with a semi-automatic strapping unit as the operator no longer needs to tie the bundle manually.
